Welcome to SIP (“the App”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

SIP provides Turkish coffee readings for entertainment purposes only. The content generated within the App is not intended to be professional, legal, financial, or medical advice.

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account
• Be responsible for all activity under your account

SIP offers a monthly subscription (“SIP Premium”) that provides access to additional features.

By purchasing a subscription:

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
• You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple account settings

We do not manage billing directly and do not store payment information.

You may submit content such as images and text within the App.

By submitting content, you grant SIP a limited right to use that content solely for the purpose of providing the App’s functionality.

You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate any laws or rights of others.

All content, features, and functionality of the App—including design, text, graphics, and software—are owned by SIP and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App without permission.

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

We are not responsible for:

• Any decisions made based on readings
• Any interruptions or errors in service
• Any loss of data or damages resulting from use of the App

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at any time if these Terms are violated or if misuse is detected.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
