SIP (“the App”) is a Turkish coffee reading application provided for entertainment purposes. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the App.

When you use SIP, we may collect the following:

• Authentication credentials (securely handled via Supabase)

User-Submitted Content

• Photos of coffee cups
• Text inputs submitted within the app

Usage Information

• Feature usage
• Interaction events
• Device type and operating system

Subscription Information

• Subscription status
• Purchase confirmations

All subscription payments are processed securely by Apple. We do not collect or store payment details.

We use collected information to:

• Generate coffee readings
• Authenticate users and manage accounts
• Provide and maintain subscription access
• Improve app functionality and performance
• Analyze aggregated usage trends

User data may be processed and stored using secure third-party services, including:

• Supabase (authentication and database services)
• Apple App Store (subscription processing)

User-submitted images and text may be processed by automated systems to generate readings.

We do not sell personal information.

We may share limited data with trusted service providers strictly for:

• Hosting and infrastructure
• Authentication services
• Processing required to generate readings

All service providers are expected to handle data securely.

We retain account and subscription data for as long as your account is active.

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

Upon request:

• Account data will be deleted
• Associated content will be removed, unless retention is required for legal obligations

We implement reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

SIP is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

All readings provided within the App are for entertainment purposes only and should not be considered professional advice.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any updates.
